Welcome to Yoga4Kids, South Africa’s leading provider of children’s yoga classes and children’s yoga teacher trainings. Yoga4Kids is represented nationally. We offer classes for YogaTots classes (ages 3 – 7) and YogaKids (ages 8 – 12). Yoga4Kids is based in South Africa with teachers in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and Cape Town. We have worked with over 800 children.
The Yoga4Kids curriculum offers an age appropriate mind, body and heart balance to children through exercises, breathing techniques and relaxation skills. The curriculum is based on yoga practice and the life skills and wellbeing workshops developed by Yoga4Kids.
Although our focus remains on children’s yoga in schools and studios, and children’s yoga teacher trainings, Yoga4Kids has now branched into its Soul Purpose workshops and retreats. These focus on pregnancy, mother & child relationships, women’s healing, yoga for teens, children’s retreats and bringing yoga into the home. Please note that our teacher trainings will now also operate under the umbrella of the Soul Purpose brand.
