Suzie Manson - Owner & Founder
Yoga4Kids was started in South Africa in 2003 by its owner and founder, Suzie Manson. Suzie has been teaching children’s yoga in South Africa since 2001. Suzie trained and studied overseas in London with one of the forerunners of children’s yoga. She focuses on empowering children to fulfil their true destinies and to become all they are meant to be.
Suzie is accredited with the Art of Health & Yoga Institute in Britain and with the Yoga Teachers Fellowship (YTF) of Southern Africa. Additionally, she holds an Honours Degree in Psychology. Suzie is accredited with the Ishta School of Yoga & Health in Johannesburg and recently attained her RCYP Certificates Levels 1 and 2 with Shakta Kauer Khalsa (a world renowned Kundalini child yoga instructress). Suzie has been running children’s yoga teacher trainings on a national level since 2004 and has assisted many teachers with receiving accreditation via the support of the YTF.
