Where you can find our classes for Tots, Kids & Teens
This section of the website provides updated schedules for the regular Yoga4Kids classes which are taught in private, public and government schools. If you do not see your school listed, please contact us. We may be able to introduce Yoga4Kids if there is sufficient interest from the parents and their children upon approval from the school. To register your child with us complete please complete this Registration Formand and send it to us via email.
The Yoga4Kids curriculum is age appropriately designed into three or four terms covering the body, mind and self. Yoga4Kids implements Kundalini and Hatha yoga postures which teach children the ability to be present in and aware of their bodies. Yoga4Kids is divided into classes for YogaTots (ages 3 - 7), YogaKids (ages 8 -12) and YogaTeens (ages 13 - 18). An average class is 45 minutes long (begins with 5 minutes of breathing, 30 minutes of yoga postures and ends with 10 minutes of stillness and relaxation).
