Module 1: Theory After completion of this four day course, you will be able to guide and instruct teens on how to:
Listen to their own inner guidance system and language via various mediums such as journaling and heart opening exercises.
Manage emotional states and choose positive emotions over negative ones.
Mange stress and energy levels.
Increase their intuition.
Develop a sense of self; self-acceptance and self-confidence being key issues.
Develop healthy positive and upbeat attitudes no matter what the circumstances.
Become mindful of their thoughts and choose positive thoughts with mindful awareness.
Fall in love with their own body and self.
Become warriors of their own destinies and not victims of circumstance.
Module 1: Practical Part of your Module 1 learning is based on practical classroom experiences and applied theory as facilitated by our Yoga4Kids Instructors or other accredited yoga teachers. This practical experience will be monitored as you attend, observe and teach the teen yoga classes. You may commence your Module 1 practical training at any time upon completion of Module 1 theory. This training includes eight (8) total hours of observations of teen yoga classes in classroom’s and studios. The next step requires that you present a homework assignment and lesson plan based on your teen curriculum for a year.
