MINIMUM TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PAYMENT

PAYGATE PLUS

1. Detailed description of goods and/or services

Yoga4Kids SA is a business in the holistic health and wellbeing industry that provides children and teens with yoga classes.  (Classes) The Yoga4kids Training Academy offers yoga, mindfulness and special needs training to yoga teachers and all those working with children and teens. (Training). Yoga4kids also offers merchandise in the form of Yoga4kids Card Decks, Yoga Bags and Yoga Bears, (Merchandise).

2. Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment,  Class and Training requests will be processed within 5 days and confirmed by way of email.  For Merchandise receipt of payment will be processed in five days and delivery will be via courier, within the week, (only in South Africa) for a charge of R100.00 and will be processed within the week.

3. Export restriction

The offering on this website for Yoga4kids Card Decks is available to South African clients only for delivery via courier.

4. Return and Refunds policy

The provision of Trainings by the Yoga4kids Academy  is subject to availability and a minimum of five students is needed to open any one training with a maximum of 30 persons per training.  In cases of there not being enough students for any one course the funds will be transferred to the next available course.  Cancellation of Training orders is subject to Terms and Provisions as outlined per reply email.  Cancellation of Merchandise orders by the client will attract a  20 % administration fee.

Any Damaged goods need to be reported within 24 hours upon arrival and will be returned and a new item resent to the purchaser.

5. Customer Privacy policy

Yoga4kidsSA  shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 6. Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.

7. Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for Ygoa4kids SA via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks.  PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za  to view their security certificate and security policy.

8. Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by Yoga4kids separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site.

9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

10. Responsibility

Yoga4kids takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

11. Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and (Yoga4Kids SA) chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature (4485 Main Road, Hout Bay, Cape Town).

12. Variation

Yoga4kids SA may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
