PlaYogaTherapy for Neurodiverse Children & Teens
Awakening Strengths, Nurturing Hearts, and Inspiring Growth
PlaYogaTherapy is a movement-based, heart-centered approach designed to support neurodiverse children and teens. Rather than focusing on challenges, we create a safe and nurturing space where each child’s unique strengths, creativity, and potential can shine. Through a blend of Yoga Therapy, Somatic Movement, Play Therapy, and Occupational Therapy principles, our sessions guide children toward emotional balance, self-regulation, and confident self-expression.
