    Understanding the Senses (Pratyahara) and Chakras

    Pratyahara (Withdrawal of the Senses):

    • Understanding the Senses both the outer and inner sense.

    Energy Centres (Chakras):

    • Introduction to the 7 main Chakras and their significance.
